All farm rentals and visits are for the purpose of the renter and guests to have an enjoyable, safe, and memorable time while experiencing agriculture.  Please be aware that this is a working farm and we do have live farm animals, farm equipment, and structures that are primarily for farming purposes.  Please always use caution while on the property.

Pertaining to The Barn and our other Farm Buildings/Structures on property: This building is EXEMPT from the Uniform Statewide Building Code. Be alert to exits in the event of a fire or other emergencies.

Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. Take necessary sanitary precautions, including not touching your face or consuming any food or drink until you have thoroughly washed and dried your hands after your visit. As soon as possible after your visit, thoroughly wash your hands using an appropriate soap and water, and thoroughly dry your hands after washing.
